MyShop is a community of sellers and buyers across Mozambique. These guidelines help keep it a safe, fair, and enjoyable place for everyone.
For Sellers
- •Use real, clear photos of your actual products — no stock photos or misleading images
- •Write honest, accurate descriptions including materials, sizes, and condition
- •Price fairly and transparently — include all costs, no hidden fees
- •Respond to customer messages within 24 hours
- •Ship orders on time and provide tracking when available
- •Handle returns and complaints professionally and fairly
- •Keep your store information and business details up to date
- •Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits
For Buyers
- •Provide accurate delivery information to avoid shipping issues
- •Communicate clearly with sellers about any questions or concerns
- •Leave honest, constructive reviews after purchases
- •Do not abuse the review system with fake or malicious reviews
- •Report genuine issues through the proper support channels
- •Respect sellers' stated policies on returns and exchanges
For Everyone
- •Treat others with respect — no harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
- •Do not share personal information of others without consent
- •Do not attempt to circumvent the platform's payment system
- •Do not spam, post misleading content, or engage in fraudulent activity
- •Report any suspicious or illegal activity to our team
- •Respect intellectual property — only use content you have rights to
Prohibited Items
- •Weapons, ammunition, and explosives
- •Illegal drugs and controlled substances
- •Counterfeit or pirated goods
- •Stolen property
- •Hazardous materials
- •Adult or sexually explicit content
- •Items that violate Mozambican law
- •Personal data or account credentials
Enforcement
- •First violation: Warning and content removal
- •Second violation: Temporary account suspension (7-30 days)
- •Severe or repeated violations: Permanent account ban
- •Illegal activity: Reported to authorities
- •Appeals can be made through the Support page within 14 days
