By accessing or using MyShop (myshop.shopping), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
MyShop is a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace that connects local sellers with customers in Mozambique and beyond. We provide the platform; individual sellers are responsible for their products, pricing, and fulfillment.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create a seller account.
Sellers agree to: (a) provide accurate product descriptions and pricing; (b) fulfill orders in a timely manner; (c) comply with all applicable local laws and regulations; (d) not sell prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal items; (e) maintain valid business registration where required by law.
Customers agree to: (a) provide accurate shipping and contact information; (b) pay for orders placed; (c) communicate respectfully with sellers; (d) report issues through proper channels.
All prices are displayed in the seller's configured currency (default: MZN). Payment methods include Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, and M-Pesa where available. MyShop processes payments through PayGate, our secure payment gateway. Sellers set their own prices and are responsible for applicable taxes.
Sellers may choose from Free, Pro, or Business plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel or change your plan at any time. Refunds for unused subscription periods are at MyShop's discretion.
Once an order is placed, the seller is responsible for fulfillment. Refund and return policies are set by individual sellers. MyShop may mediate disputes between buyers and sellers but is not obligated to do so.
You may not list or sell: weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen items, adult content, or any item prohibited by Mozambican law. MyShop reserves the right to remove any listing and suspend any account that violates these rules.
Sellers retain ownership of their product listings and store content. By uploading content to MyShop, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. You must not infringe on others' intellectual property rights.
MyShop provides the platform "as is". We are not responsible for: product quality, shipping delays, payment disputes between buyers and sellers, or any losses arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you've paid in the last 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for extended periods. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mozambique. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maputo.
